Gravity Wellness: Your Health Matters with Stephan Monteserín

Stephan Monteserín sat down with The Gravity Center for a “Whole Health Monday”. In this webinar Stephan discusses the 5 stages of GRIEF, the 5 big EMOTIONS, and SELF-REGULATION in the context of our experience during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Stephan, originally from Puerto Rico, lives in Orlando, Florida. He spends his work hours as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. Vocationally, Stephan is motivated by a desire to assist those who are hurting to better embrace the struggles, as they acknowledge how their pain can be an invitation to fuller life. Trained in various trauma resolution modalities, he believes integrating past and resolving our trauma releases empathy towards our tender inner selves that ultimately radiates outward.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In counseling, Stephan focuses on helping people to find their identity as rooted in love, especially for racial and ethnic minority populations, LGBTQIA folx, and those for whom trauma has set up for addictive patterns and relational health.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Stephan loves the opportunity that the Enneagram offers as a transformative tool, inviting us to become more compassionately acquainted with the people we love and want to love, as well as to the true self we often sabotage and alienate.
